Who we are

What we collect when you join the wait-list

Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Blocking abuse is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who processes the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and database. Data is stored under Cloudflare's EU data-protection terms.
- An email-sending service will be listed here before we send the first email.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the page's fonts from Google.
- Visitor statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address or tracking you across sites. We only see totals (visits, pages, countries, devices).
- Usage counter (our own, on Cloudflare): we count daily totals of what is used, for example how many times a tab was opened, which search words were used, how many items were added to a cart, device type (phone/tablet/desktop) and hour of the visit. No cookies, no account, no raw IP address. To count unique visitors per day we keep a one-way code made from your IP address and browser with a key that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you on another day; these codes are deleted after 2 days.
- Product images: where a shop has allowed us to show its product photos, your browser loads them directly from that shop's server, which then sees your IP address. We do not send it any other data.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 12 months after the last sale event we wrote to you about. Rate-limit records are deleted after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
Affiliate links
When you buy through a link on Buyloom, the shop may pay us a commission. The shop may then know that you came from Buyloom; its own privacy policy applies to your purchase.
